How to have your first online session
Log in to the platform and complete your profile: just enter the required information.
It really only takes a few minutes! Remember, you can do it later too.
For the ID, if you’re on your cell phone, you can insert it by taking a photo!
Great, your account is active! Now you can use PsyCare.
How to add a patient
Give it a try! Join as a patient, using a different device than the one you use as a therapist. For example, if you’re on a computer as a therapist, use your phone as a patient.
From your homepage, add a patient:
– click on 
and forward the invitation (via email and/or SMS)
After adding the Test patient:
- Open the patient profile you just added
- click on
and invite him to the session by sharing the session link via SMS (or even via email)
- Go back to the test patient profile you entered and click “START SESSION”
- Once you enter the room, proceed from your mobile phone
Now move to the mobile phone you entered for testing as a patient.
- Open the SMS (or email if you used that) and click on the link you see
- From the waiting room “ASK TO ENTER”
- Perfect! Sei online!!

How to get consent signed
From your homepage in the side menu select “Sign Documents”.
All you need to do is add the document to be signed and add the patient: the process is entirely online.
Nothing to download: only one OTP code to enter.
