Online session registration

On PsyCare you can securely record all your sessions online and review them whenever you want.

All files are encrypted and stored on secure servers.

Automatic registration

Session recording on PsyCare starts automatically as soon as you and your patient are in communication in your virtual room.

Registration has been integrated to support your therapeutic assessments during scheduled patient meetings. For it to be active, you must have subscribed to the Professional Plan. You can find the details in the section Prices or upgrade to the plan from your Personal Profile, in the “Subscription” section.

Recording Management

The recording files will be available to you at the end of each session on PsyCare. You can access them whenever you need them.

How to recover session recordings

From the section of the Online sessions & Individual sessions, as well as in the profile of each patient in the tab of the same name, in correspondence with each session carried out with the support of artificial intelligence, you will be able to recover the respective recording, by clicking onthe three detail dots on the respective line:

How to update a registration

When you access a session recording, you can manage the topics and indicators you entered during the session; and you can review and edit the notes you took during the session.

Management of Themes/Indicators and Notes

While viewing the recording of an individual session, you can manage the indicators and themes inserted in the session and you can also insert new ones at a specific moment in the recording.. 

Proceed as follows:

  1. identify thethe moment of registration in which you want to insert the theme/indicator;
  2. move the green cursor on the timeline to the point where you want to insert themes/indicators;
  3. pause the video;
  4. select the theme/indicator to insert with one click.

 

You can also open and view notes taken during the session, and edit them as needed whenever you need. The notes will always be aligned with the timeline’s themes/markers: if you remove a theme from the timeline, it will also be removed from the notes. The same goes for new entries.
The operation is managed, as during the session, always in sync with the timeline in the sidebar.

For remove a theme/indicator you just need to locate it and click on the respective “x” that you see on the timeline next to the inserted theme/indicator.

How to delete a recording​

To delete a recording (or even a portion of a recording, if it is so long that it is split into two files) you will need to proceed as follows:

  1. access the recording you wish to delete
  2. locate the close button at the bottom right
  3. select the arrow and click on DELETE REGISTRATION
  4. After confirming your selection, the recording file will be permanently deleted.
ATTENTION!! Deleted recordings will no longer be available or recoverable.
 The details of the respective session, both in the general individual session list and in the patient’s detailed session list, will be updated with all the references.

If you select a deleted recording, a snack bar reminds you of the deletion date.

Summary
