Adding and inviting a patient
Add Patient to List
Log in to the platform with your registration credentials and click ‘ADD A PATIENT’ directly on your HOME page to enter a new patient’s data into your personal archive in PsyCare.
When you have to carry out a video consultation with a new patient for the first time, you must first share the link (via SMS and/or email) and you can also set the setting online for the first session too.
Add a new patient
From the homepage (or from the patient list accessed from the side menu), the therapist can add a new patient to his or her PsyCare patient list by proceeding as follows:
- click on
- in the popup that appears:
Fill in the patient’s details (*name, surname and telephone number are mandatory)
- If the patient has already signed the documents, select the relevant box (so that the patient’s profile is updated with this information)
- Click ADD to save the data
- proceed by selecting one of the immediately available options;
e.g.: “GO TO PROFILE” to immediately share the link to the session
The patient will appear in the patient list and, by accessing their profile (simply clicking on their name), they can share the link to the session and request registration.
Invite a new patient
In the PATIENTS section you can see the LIST PATIENTS in PsyCare, both those already invited and those added.
You can invite the patient you have added to the platform to register by simply clicking on his name and accessing the patient profile:

- click on Invite and select the type of invitation you want to forward
- via SMS
- via email
- via SMS
- After entering your mobile number or email address, remember to
select, if necessary, the option relating to the identity document. - Click ‘INVITE’ > your invitation has been sent; a banner will notify you of its status.
