Sharing a document with a patient

Log in to the platform with your registration credentials and click on ‘ from the side menuPATIENTS‘ to access the section.

In the PATIENTS section you can see the  LIST PATIENTS in PsyCare.

In your PATIENT LIST:

1. Find the patient you are interested in in the list or search for them.
2. Click on the PATIENT NAME and access that patient’s PROFILE. Below their name, you’ll see their contact information and registration status on the platform:
   
   
   

   Here you also have the sections:

   • OVERVIEW, for your notes and list of your patient-related activities
   • GENERAL DATA, for your personal data sheet
   • ONLINE SESSIONS, for your online sessions[Online Session Support]#atfp_close_translate_span#
   • DOCUMENTS for the medical record of that patient in which you enter the documents relating to the patient (shared and not shared with him)
   • IDENTITY DOCUMENTS, for the patient’s identity documents
   • SIGNED DOCUMENTS, for documents digitally signed in PsyCare.
3. Click on DOCUMENTS  And View all documents in your medical record:
   
   
4. Select   ADD DOCUMENT at the top left of the page to upload a new document:
   you see the popup
   
   • Select BROWSE to select the document you want to share from your device
   • decide whether you want to share the document with the patient or whether you just want to insert it into his/her folder as a document visible only to you
     • Do not check the box if you want to keep the document in the folder NOT visible to the patient
       
     • Check the box if you want to share the document and make it visible to the patient
       
   • Select CANCEL if you want to cancel the operation
   • Select SEND to complete the document upload.
