The digital signature is the electronic equivalent of a handwritten signature, or the signature, which is normally mail with the paper and pen on the documents, as the latter ensures the authenticity and integrity of a document/message.

The exercise of a profession in health, just as important as delicate as those of a psychologist and psicoterapauta, presupposes the responsible management of all the sensitive data of a patient.

The signature of the informed consent is the first step towards this type of approach.
PsyCare has finally integrated the digital signature (for the signature of the informed consent and other important documents).

Performs, therefore, meets the requirements of:
– integrity, that is, the certainty that the document has not been tampered with or modified after the subscription;
– authenticity, then a guarantee of the identity of the person signing;
– non-repudiation, since the electronic document, the undersigned has full legal effect and cannot be repudiated by the petitioner.

How does the digital signature in the Psycare?

PsyCare provides psychologists and psychotherapists (for the digital signing of documents, such as the online informed consent and other important documents) the Advanced Electronic Signature (FEA), and allows the professional to exercise the medical profession in the full respect of the law, in a simple manner and in full respect of the deontolgia and the law.

Documents signed with PsyCare, are certified by the European Union (regulation (eIDAS).

The most suitable means to subscribe to the general conditions of the contract, rather than to the privacy policy, or to sign an online informed consent process is to use an Advanced Electronic Signature (FEA) – based technology, “One Time Password” (Signature OTP or FEA-time password (OTP), which allows you to sign a contract with a simple SMS!

For the Digital Signature in PsyCare is NOT necessary to the SPID.

When you are in your “Home” of PsyCare, simply select ‘DIGITAL SIGNATURE‘ from the side menu and you can proceed.

The process develops in three simple steps, and ends with the receipt of an email with a confirmation code, which will then be identificatico for the digital signature.

Select the patient, and enter any signatories

In the first section, called the SIGNATORIES, add the patient (and any signatories added) who must sign the document (s) placed in the passage just ended: click on the SELECT PATIENT and select dallelenco in PsyCare the patient who needs to signyour data, as a therapist, are already included in the section).

If desired, you can add the other signatories and procedere going “NEXT”:

Add the documents to be signed

In the second section, called DOCUMENTS, add the document (s) that you want to bring in the signature: you just need to click on the ADD DOCUMENT and select from your device all the documents that you intend to sign. Proceed by going “NEXT”.

Confirmation

In the third and last section, called a SUMMARY view:

- the document (s) that you want to get signed by
- the signatory, who will be invited to sign up via email
- l preview of the document that you must sign: if you click sullimmagine a detailed preview of the document you are viewing it in full and you can place eventually better signatures; the signed document will be valid regardless of the location of the signature, the document is digitally signed shall have legal validity.

You just need to click “CONFIRM AND SEND” to finish the process.
The system will forward via email the documents to all the signatories that appear in repilogo.

Signature pursuant to the law

When the signer is ready, it requires a sms code to affix the digital signature on the documents, valid in accordance with the law:

Digital signature integrated: the benefits

The documents have been signed meet the requirement of written form, and have the efficiency as provided for by article 2702 of the Civil Code. The digital signature integrated is, therefore, flexible, secure, and lets you sign in just two minutes, your documents; also, it eliminates the waste of paper and puts an end to the exchange of e-mail (not secure).
