Log in to the platform with your therapist credentials to enter the virtual waiting room for group sessions and then your VIRTUAL GROUP SESSION ROOM to start an online group session.. 

Access to the Group's Virtual Room

  1. Start an online session, then access the GROUP VIRTUAL WAITING ROOM[Supporto: VIRTUAL WAITING ROOM   GROUP SESSION]#atfp_close_translate_span#
  2.  Click on  pto access your virtual room

  3. In your virtual room

    • You see the group participants, always in the same position on the screen.

    • View real-time information about your connection quality > 

 In your VIRTUAL ROOM you have these options:
    • you can click on  to access the side menu and change some settings
    • you can click on  / to disable/enable your microphone
    • you can click on/  to disable/re-enable your webcam
    • you can click on  that you display next to your name so you don’t see yourself on the screen
      REMEMBER: The rest of the group will still see you.
    • you can click on  to definitively close the online session
    • you always see the timer  >  which tells you the duration of the current session.
    • the options  (virtual whiteboard) and  (screen sharing) is not currently enabled for group sessions.

Side menu

In your virtual room, fto click on  to access the side menu and change some settings.
Here you will find two main sections, which you can refer to for their respective settings and information:

  1. Participants, which is displayed upon login and can be consulted by selecting the > icon 
  2. Settings, which can be accessed by selecting the > icon 

Participants

This section displays information about the participants in the current online session.

The available functions are as follows:

  • Copy the link to the session for absent patients
    by clicking on the respective 
  • send the link to the session to the respective absent patient 
    by clicking on the respective  (via SMS and/or email)
  • mute and/or enable the respective patient’s microphone,
    by clicking on the respective  /  
  • decide, as a therapist, whether or not to see each other during the session,
    by clicking on  >

When necessary and/or in case of problems, it is possible
→ connect directly to the support section
     by clicking on > 



 

Settings

This section displays the camera and microphone settings in use during the session and available on your device.
By selecting the respective icons you can change, if available,
by clicking on the respective  >   :

  • the camera in use
  • the microphone in use in the section

By selecting it, you can activate the “Hide participant names” option on the therapist’s side:


In this case, the names of the participants will not be displayed on the therapist’s screen.
