Virtual Waiting Room

Log in to the platform with your therapist credentials to enter the virtual waiting room and then your virtual room: from there you can start an online session..

IMPORTANT To allow the patient to see and hear you, your browser will need permission to use your microphone and camera.

Virtual waiting room

You can access the VIRTUAL WAITING ROOM in three places:
– from the homepage
– from the side menu, from Patients
– from the side menu, from the Online Sessions
– from the Patient Profile

Access the virtual waiting room from Home

On your homepage you immediately have information regarding the status of your waiting room, namely:

if the waiting room is empty
if a patient is waiting

Additionally, in whatever section of the page you are, a popup notification (which you can close by clicking on

) will notify you when a patient is in the waiting room:

Proceed:

1. SelectSTART THE SESSION and view the page.
2. At the top left of the page, click on : a pop-up opens.

When you enter your virtual room, you can always, depending on your needs:
→ click on to completely close the waiting room and the session;
→ click on to access your virtual room;

→ select the microphone you want to use by clicking on the respective oneand choose from the alternatives available on your device;
→ click on “Test” to check the microphone in use;
→ select the camera you want to use by clicking on the respective iconand choose from the alternatives available on your device;
→ copy the patient’s contact link and share it if necessary;
→ click on and Check your connection quality.

Select ENTER the waiting room to enter your VIRTUAL ROOM and be immediately in online contact with your patient and start your online session.

Access the virtual waiting room from the list on the homepage

Find the patient in the list of Sessions performed or search for him/her.
Click START and go directly to your VIRTUAL WAITING ROOM.

To start the online session with the patient who is in the waiting room, simply click on “ENTER” to access the waiting room: here you can always Check your connection and you will always have the session link available.

When you enter your virtual room, you can always, depending on your needs:
→ click on to completely close the waiting room and the session;
→ click on to access your virtual room;

→ select the microphone you want to use by clicking on the respective oneand choose from the alternatives available on your device;
→ click on “Test” to check the microphone in use;
→ select the camera you want to use by clicking on the respective iconand choose from the alternatives available on your device;
→ copy the patient’s contact link and share it if necessary;
→ click on and Check your connection quality.

Select ENTER the waiting room to enter your VIRTUAL ROOM.

Alternatively:

On the respective row of the patient you are looking for, click on  and access your VIRTUAL WAITING ROOM directly
Click START and go directly to your VIRTUAL WAITING ROOM

Access the virtual waiting room for patients

Select the item  ‘PATIENTS’ from the side menu on the left: you will see the page with the list of patients.
Locate the patient in the list or type the name

click on and access your VIRTUAL WAITING ROOM directly.

To start the online session with the patient who is in the waiting room, simply click on “ENTER” to access the waiting room: here you can always check the connection and you will always have the session link available.

When you enter your virtual room, you can always, depending on your needs:
→ click on to completely close the waiting room and the session;
→ click on to access your virtual room;

→ select the microphone you want to use by clicking on the respective oneand choose from the alternatives available on your device;
→ click on “Test” to check the microphone in use;
→ select the camera you want to use by clicking on the respective iconand choose from the alternatives available on your device;
→ copy the patient’s contact link and share it if necessary;
→ click on and Check your connection quality.

Select ENTER the waiting room to enter your VIRTUAL ROOM.

Access the virtual waiting room from the Online Sessions

Select the item ONLINE SESSIONSfrom the side menu visible on the top left and view the page.

At the top left of the page, click on : a pop-up opens.

Select the patient from the list or search for him.

Remember: You can only select one patient per session.

Click START and go directly to your VIRTUAL WAITING ROOM.

To start the online session with the patient who is in the waiting room, simply click on “ENTER” to access the waiting room: here you can always Check your connection and you will always have the session link available.

When you enter your virtual room, you can always, depending on your needs:
→ click on to completely close the waiting room and the session;
→ click on to access your virtual room;

→ select the microphone you want to use by clicking on the respective oneand choose from the alternatives available on your device;
→ click on “Test” to check the microphone in use;
→ select the camera you want to use by clicking on the respective iconand choose from the alternatives available on your device;
→ copy the patient’s contact link and share it if necessary;
→ click on and Check your connection quality.

Select ENTER the waiting room to enter your VIRTUAL ROOM.

Access the virtual waiting room from the Patient Profile

Select the item  PATIENTS from the side menu visible on the left side: view the page with the list of patients.

Locate the patient in the list or type the name

Click on the patient’s name to access the PATIENT PROFILE

click on  and access your VIRTUAL WAITING ROOM directly,
or

click on ONLINE SESSIONS and view the page and here click on    and aGo directly to your VIRTUAL WAITING ROOM.

To start the online session with the patient who is in the waiting room, simply click on “ENTER” to access the waiting room: here you can always check the connection and you will always have the session link available.
