Log in to the platform with your registration credentials to start an online session.
Patient at first consultation: invitation to an online session
On your Home page you will see a section dedicated to new patients, called “Add a patient.”
Here you can add a new patient and/or make the first consultation.
Find out what you can do:
To proceed, select the “FIRST CONSULTATION” option.
You’ll see a pop-up where you can decide how to share the session link with him:
- via SMS
- via email
After entering any notes, click on to conclude the sharing:
- A confirmation popup will inform you of the outcome:
LIST OF FIRST CONSULTATIONS
After having carried out an initial consultation and/or after having invited him/her to an initial consultation, the list of “FIRST CONSULTATIONS” displayed in the “ONLINE SESSIONS” section is updated with the respective data:
It displays:
on the line of the patient who was invited to the first consultation, but has NOT yet done so;
in this case you can:- resend the link by clicking <
>;
- delete the detail of that first consultation by clicking on
;
- resend the link by clicking <
on the row of the patient who has already had the first consultation, but who has not yet been added to the patient archive on PsyCare; in this case, by clicking on the icon, the patient is added to the patient list on the platform.
How to start an initial consultation
From the Session List, in the FIRST CONSULTS tab, you can start your first consultation immediately or at the agreed time:
- click on the
to start the first consultation.
You will be able to decide whether to:
- Add the patient to your patient database immediately (you are not inviting them to PsyCare yet)
- decide to manage the patient’s position in PsyCare at a later time.
WHAT THE PATIENT SEES AT THE FIRST CONSULTATION
- open the message and click on the link
or - access the email and click on LOGIN
In both cases, the patient will see (before connecting) a popup in which he will simply have to:
- Click on START SESSION after entering your name and surname
- He will then be in the waiting room and may ASK you to ENTER the room for the first consultation.
